Join us for a special tour of the Riedmair Bakery! You’ll be able to experience the flexibility of the Evolution Compact — kaiser rolls, curled rolls, pizza dough, jam donuts, cheese rolls, slit rolls and prezel rolls are produced with only one line.
The Evolution Compact line includes the Soft Star Plus head machine, an intermediate proofer, a longmoulding station, a stamping station with cups, a cutting station, a sheeting and longmoulding station, and a tray conveyor system.
Besides the Evolution Compact, you can see other WP equipment, from cooling to baking – including a WP Ober loading system.
It’s possible to produce typical Riedmair rolls with the WP Master Baker, on request.

A shuttle runs from the exhibition area to Riedmair’s production and back to the exhibition area. The production is located nearby in Garching.
