Earlier this month, our friends at WP Kemper in Germany welcomed guests from all over the world to Donut Day in the Baking Center. The highlight of the Donut Day was the Live-Baking with a 10 row WP Kemper Evolution Donut Line, with a capacity of up to 24,000 donuts an hour!
There was much interest in the production of mini donuts with a weight of 15g, or just over half an ounce. The patented stamping system means that donuts can be produced with up to 30% less scrap dough compared to conventional donut production systems.
