Our Pane Roll Line / Bread Line has been around since 2012 but we never tire of extolling its virtues. It’s just that it’s so darn versatile. It’s the perfect solution for small, artisan bakeries and retail bakeries. The one line can produce square rolls, round rolls, long-moulded rolls, stamped rolls and bread — from rusticas to baguettes and more. This line handles water content from 55% up to 85%! You did read that correctly. That’s eight-dash-five percent water absorption.
Our customers truly love this line. One reason? No waste! The Pane Line is a sheeting line. It can handle ~1,874 lbs. per hour.
The Pane line is so darn versatile that it grows with your business. Many of our customers start with the basic configuration, then add modules as their businesses grow. Want a cutting unit or a seeding unit? Not a problem. Just add a module. Our long moulder module can make 1,800 baguettes per hour. WP Kemper Accurator 2.0
We can’t rave about our Pane Line without discussing the WP Kemper Accurator 2.0. The Accurator enables the highest weight accuracy for Pane bread and roll lines at 3-5% weight accuracy. It continuously measures the weight of sections of the dough strip — which can change with gassy doughs due to large air pockets — and it adjusts the size of the cut to make the weight of each dough piece accurate. This, of course changes the physical size slightly. For large ciabatta loaves and baguettes, this is very important. For rolls, the customer may choose to go with size accuracy to make packaging easier. It’s nice to have that option, isn’t it? We think of everything!
