We have developed the PANE dough sheeting system for processing dough with a long pre-proofing process and a high dough yield. Produce a variety of artisan products like Ciabatta or Baguette with less stress. Rustic square buns can be made as well as round buns, long buns as well as soft wheat dough loaves. Artisan products are produced in an extremely gentle way. The modular design of the Pane-Line enables to you to adjust the line to market changes.
