Our WP Riehle L2000 E Deep Fryer is energy saving and ergonomic. It’s the automatic deep fryer for the highest demands.

With our WP Riehle L2000 E (single units, VARIO or TRIO), fully automatic frying is possible thanks to the programmable frying processes and the automatic turns. The volume steam lid remains closed until each turn, ensuring a larger volume of baked goods at the same weight. The baking process is automatically terminated when the turning basket is moved out. This ensures your product quality, even if something interrupts your focus.

The L2000 E Deep Fryer is more energy-efficient with the new optimizations:

  • The baking basket in our WP Riehle L2000 D Deep Fryer remains above the grease tray, so that excess fat drips back into the pan.
  • Insulated oil tub floor decreases the heat radiation loss in the downward direction, minimizes heat loss and contributes to the efficiency increase.
  • Tightly closing volume lid can be closed after every turn what allows to reduce heat radiation loss in the upward direction and ensures keeping of heat inside of the oil tub.
  • Insulated oil tub walls prevent heat radiation loss sidewards, what leads to keeping of heat inside of the tub and, therefore, reduces energy loss.
  • The reduction of the oil tub volume from 49 to 40 liters results in lower energy consumption for heating up, and thus, in more effective energy use.
