The Mobile Fettboy Digital Tabletop Open Kettle Fryer

Our Fettboy is particularly suitable for smaller quantities of up to approx. 20 to 30 dough pieces per baking process. As an additional unit or for any visual baking the Fettboy Digital has a digital heating control for minimum temperature fluctuations, as well as a target/actual temperature display and, therefore, guarantees a very low usage of fat. The basic model is supplied as a tabletop unit with two flat baking frying baskets and a lid.
