The ComJet automated lye application machine focuses on the minimum use of employees while achieving the maximum production quantity. Employees are no longer needed to charge the unit as the trolley is simply docked at the automated loading system and the rest of the steps are fully automated. The dough pieces are transferred directly onto the baking tray after the lye is applied.
