Industrial Cylindrical Conical Rounder

The CCR 69 AT is an industrial rounder used in industrial dough lines with a high capacity up to 10.000 pcs/h and long production hours. The machine is suitable for many common dough types, such as stiff and soft wheat doughs and wheat/rye doughs.


Basic execution

  • Teflonized cast iron cylinder/cone
  • Aluminium tracks, teflonized on inside and outside
  • Discharge roller
  • Discharge conveyor with flattening-belt
  • Drive unit consisting of electric motor with frequency inverter
  • Adjustable stainless steel curling net
  • Cylindrical/cone rotates clockwise
  • Undercarriage 4 wheels with locking pins
  • With operation control panel


  • Blower on cone and tracks
  • Oiling device on cone for handling soft dough’s
