WP Kemper Bakery Systems exhibited at this year’s inaugural All Things Baking Expo in Schaumburg, IL.
Director of Instore-Food Service Shawna Goldfarb represented WP Kemper Bakery Systems at the show. Master Baker Michael Eggebrecht taught hands-on classes on baguettes, ciabatta and soft rustic breads, and whole grain breads. We shared our booth space with our friends at King Arthur Flour, making booth #817 the go-to booth for artisan bakers looking to design a full artisan baking program; from ingredients, bakery layout, equipment, execution, training, etc.
WP Kemper Bakery Systems was honored to be a part of the first All Things Baking Expo and will be at next year’s All Things Baking to be held in Houston, Texas in early September.
Our appearance at All Things Baking 2011 wrapped up our trade show calendar for the year. We’re currently finalizing our appearance schedule for 2012 so look for us.
