UC PRO Mixer | The Wendel Kneader

The professional for soft dough

The Wendel kneader…our UC PRO Mixer is an extraordinary professional spiral kneader with a unique kneading principle because the dough is pulled and rolled over, which means that a lot of air and little energy is worked into the dough. That’s why the UC PRO is ideal for use with soft wheat and rye dough and for demanding kneading. The dough gets more body and volume. Its stable construction makes the UC PRO Mixer particularly low-maintenance and existing tub trolleys can also be used in the new UC PRO Mixer.
