Industrial Belt Rounder

The BOB 3000 Belt Rounder was developed in particular for the use with high performance, continuous industrial bread lines. Our industrial belt rounder is perfect for the production of round dough pieces made from wheat, mixed wheat, mixed rye or rye dough with a piece weight of up to 1200 grams. The performance range is up to 3000 pieces per hour, depending on the weight. The rounding length is 3 meters.


Standard design includes:

  • Stainless steel frame
  • 2 felt belts, shaped as a V
  • 1 stationary drive/ 1 frequency-controlled belt
  • 1 frequency-controlled flour duster
  • Quick release clamps for belts
  • Adjustment of rounding channel and V angle (above and below) as well as adjustment of bar inserts
  • Discharge belt operating at a fixed speed
  • Rounding length 3000 mm
