The AF 2002 proofer is a so-called static intermediate proofer for round and for pre moulded oblong dough pieces in cups or trays.

It is especially suitable for soft and pre-fermented doughs with a long floor time. All types of most common doughs can also be handled easily.


Basic execution:

  • Infeed conveyor with flourduster
  • Infeed V-belt controlled by photo-cell on 10 rows
  • Proofer runs intermittent
  • Pockets polyaethylene
  • Stainless steel trays
  • With exhaust fan, ultraviolet light, stopswitch for correct tray infeed position
  • Outfeed with sorting flap
  • Reversible discharge conveyor with own drive
  • Cover and plates in stainless steel


  • Retraction belt on discharge conveyor for long dough pieces (Baguettes)
  • PLC control with touch screen
  • Automatic climatisation
