Power Roll System Operation and Workflow

At the heart of the Power Roll System are up to three Power Mixers, which discharge dough fully automatically into a fixed bowl mounted on a traversing carriage. This carriage transports the dough-filled bowl efficiently to the next process stage.

Once mixing is complete, the bowl is transferred to a lifter, which elevates and delivers the dough to a downstream head machine, such as a divider or molding line. This fully automated transfer minimizes manual handling, reduces labor needs, and ensures consistent product quality.

When paired with the Power Square System, the process is optimized for producing very soft doughs that require extended resting times. After mixing, the dough is discharged into dough-resting containers, which are then automatically positioned in dedicated resting zones.

This careful management of dough resting time is crucial for achieving optimal gluten development and the desired dough texture. Once the resting period is complete, the container is automatically delivered to a lifter, which then feeds the dough into the next production phase. This approach guarantees process continuity and preserves dough integrity.
