Maintenance is simplified with a central lubrication system that can remain maintenance-free for up to 8,000 hours, thanks to reserve cartridges. The bowls and handles are constructed from stainless steel for durability and hygiene, and are equipped with a drain screw for easy cleaning. The HK 200 bowl tipper is designed for industrial use, featuring a bowl scraper and a ground-level bowl transport system with a safe, trip-free operation.

Safety is a top priority, with a protective enclosure and safety-monitored doors throughout the system. Additional options are available, including multi-phase control, an interface for ingredient dosing, energy measurement, and integration with overarching control systems. The system also supports bowl scraping for the HK 200 and access control via the KEMPER KEY system.

In operation, the Automatic Titan enables fully automatic feeding of downstream head machines via the bowl transport system and the HK 200 bowl tipper. This streamlined workflow increases efficiency and reduces manual handling, making the system ideal for a wide variety of dough products.
